Diane developed an interest in real estate while working for a developer and property management company in the San Antonio area for 18+ years.  She also worked in the construction industry which allowed her to learn many aspects of construction.  From land acquisitions, residential & multi-family construction, to new apartment project management, Diane is experienced in all of these areas!  An employment opportunity brought Diane and her family to the Castroville area several years ago where she raised her children, Krista and Kenny.  Diane’s husband, Jim, grew up in Hondo and they currently reside on the family ranch outside of D’Hanis.  Medina County has been home to her and her family for 26 years.  She has always enjoyed meeting new people and felt real estate would allow her the opportunity to help others. Her knowledge of the area and her 14+ years of experience in real estate allows her to assist both buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. This includes residential, farm & ranch, and commercial real estate.   She has been a licensed agent with Galm Real Estate since 2008.

Samantha knew that she wanted to pursue a career in the real estate industry upon graduation and tailored her education experience to assist those goals. She graduated from Hondo High School in 2017 and has always had a desire to return to the county that she held so close to her heart. Her passion for her hometown, property, design, and connecting with others made her decision to join Galm Real Estate an easy one. Samantha can’t wait to assist the Greater Medina County Area with all its real estate needs!

Angelica Burrier

Angelica was basically born swimming in the Guadelupe River that ran behind her childhood home in New Braunfels, TX. You can often find her in or near a river now. Unfortunately, she spent her teenage years in the foster care system moving around Texas a lot but spending most of her youth and adult life in San Antonio where she graduated High School and began her career and family.

Because of her experience in the foster care system she is very passionate not only about nurturing her own two wonderful children but all her fellow foster brothers and sisters as well. She is now in the process of starting up a non-profit organization, called ThriveSmart, with the mission of mentoring foster youth that have aged out of the system or are about to.

When she is not playing the role of mom or mentor she enjoys helping to manage the ranch she lives on where cow, turkey, ducks and chickens are raised. You can also, occasionally, find her at birthday parties or festivals where she works as professional body painter/henna artist/entertainer.

Angelica is extremely excited to begin her career in Real Estate and confident that, with her 15+ years in customer service, her ability to communicate in multiple languages and her natural desire to help others, she can provide a pleasant home buying/selling experience and looks forward to doing so.
